After-market replacement for front license plate holder on 2004 Mini

Hi everyone-- newbie to the site -- and very happy to be here.

Recently bought a 2004 Mini with a front license plate holder already on it. I'm in Georgia where we don't need a front license plate and the license plate holder has been bothering me as it really detracts from the otherwise clean lines and chrome works. Is there an aftermarket product that looks good and can be screwed on in place of the old license holder? Many thanks for any advice.

Remove the current plate holder and install 'bumperplugs' in the holes. If you don't need a front plate, why would you want a front plate holder?

Maybe I wasn't clear. I don't want any plate holder at all.

As the original plate holder is a big black piece of plastic consisting of a central area the size of a license plate and two (2) ears about 4 or 5 inches long and 2-3 inches wide on either side, I just wanted to know if there was any after-market "doo-dad" that would make the front end look better.

I just took that thing off. There is that square indent that would fit a euro plate but thats better than that crazy licence plate monstrosity. We have to have front LPs in Texas but i guess i am a renegade. lol
