Intake Air Temperature

Hello guys, does anyone know if there is a way to check the Intake Air Temp in the hidden menu of the car?

I am trying some mods on the stock airbox of the Cooper, and i 'd like to see the effect on the IAT.

I just went through the diagnostics menu docs (well documented in the Bentley Diagnosis without Guesswork book) and it doesn't appear to be there. You can see ambient temp and coolant temp, but not IAT.

Buy a ScanGauge II. Works like a champ for IAT's and lots of other stuff.

Lotsa good stuff there...

Find a friend locally with a good scantool you can borrow - shop-level scantools should be able to display IATs like the ScanGauge...
