Ok well, yesterday I was doing a speed run, and i knew that the stock Mini Cooper (Non-S) speed limited is 126 mph. Well when i was running the car I actually got it up to 138 then i got it up to 140. So Idk, but all is I am saying is that the cars can go faster than they are limited to.

Take into account the error int eh speedometer and you are down to around the 125-127 mark. The speedos are off by about ten % high.
The percentage will vary slightly due to exact tire size. but will be around 10%.
Also where where you doing these tests. Remember the NAM guidelines about talking about speed.

Probably need to use a GPS device to check your speed.
