Hello guys. I need some help. I want to put on a new exhaust with a double tip, Cooper S style. I know i have to remove the spare wheel and i am ok with that. Apart from that, what else is needed? My main concern is the bumper. Do i have to replace the stock Cooper valance with the Cooper S one? Will it fit straight away? Ii there anybody that has done this?
Thanks a lot, very usefull information. I will use a Remus universal muffler and my exhaust shop will make some custom mounts. So the plastic you used is from a Cooper S? I am asking again and again because i wouldn't want to buy it and then not possible to fit it!

You don't need to change your rear bumper when you install the Eisenmann.
Only the lip that hangs on the bumper needs to be replaced.
Mine came with the exhaust (Eisenmann has this part).
You can also buy one at your local BMW dealer.

Ι meant the black plastic lip only, not the whole bumper.
Do you know what the stock diameter of the Cooper exhaust is?
Ok, so i remove the spare wheel, put the S lip spoiler on my stock bumper, and put on the back box. What is the diameter of your Eisenman? I decided i will use 50mm tube, like Supersprint does.

I assume the diameter of the Eisenmann is something around 50mm (could be 52mm, not quite sure about this one) because the 48mm stock mid pipe is connected to the Eisenmann.
Nice, I like the sound. Here is a sound clip of mine. Im not sure what exhaust it is though. The car wasn't warmed up quite enough yet, and had a little too much ricer sound to me.
