front or rear? if you check some links dealing with replacing the front and rear grilles, you will see how to remove the bumpers. for example: http://www.motoringfile.com/howto/MI...ll_install.pdf
there's a better one, with pics but i can't seem to find it. i think i may have seen something on m7's site (see upper,mid and rear "ultimate grilles"). seems pretty easy imo (looking at how to pics). good luck!
