Classic MINI parts dept.. Awesome service!!

I'd to give a shout out to Jason at Classic MINI's parts department.

I had taken off a wheel arch to do a bit of repair & the clips broke. This was on Monday, I called the local dealer & they'd have to oder the parts in.:impatient With a track day coming up for Friday I called Jason & asked for his help. He had the assorted widgets in stock! Shipped them right out & I had them the next day. Thanks Jason!!! Classic needs to give you a raise in salary.

If any of you good MINI owning folks needs parts Jason at Classic is your man.

+1. At the World Record attempt I backed into a poll, cracked the chrome trim piece on my bumper. Classic got me a great price, $61.08, shipped it quick, it was here in 2 days. Hooray for Classic MINI of Ohio.

I'd like to post a nice shout out to classic mini as well

I'm not sure who I talked to (sorry!), but it was a guy.

I called for the 3 black plastic trim pieces for the rear bumper.

First I called a local MINI dealership and the guy wanted $54, $26, $26 for the pieces, while classic MINI was about $50 total for 3 pieces...

Thanks!

Sorry you had a problem. I'd guess your experience is far from typical.
