Welcome to NC! We have quite a few members in the Goldsboro area. Check us out and hope to see you and your Minis soon. Wish I had the funds to get one from you. One day maybe

Hey Thanks. Do you live in Goldsboro? Looks like I missed a few summer events around NC. I'm building a 1380 car when I get home. I dont think I'll have the cars long. If nobody from here wants them, I'll them and sick um on ebay. I need downpayment money for a house! Thanks Shawn

Where abouts were you stationed in England? I was stationed there back in the late 70's at a little place called RAF Barford St. John.

Thanks Cole. I'm kind of a bonehead. I mixed up the town's names. I'm moving to Goldsboro not Greensboro. Any where in NC sounds good to me right now. Please come on over. I even saved you a few miles. By the first of the year my little shop will be up and running. I'll be around when your ready to find your mini. Will be doing everthing but the paint, from my garage at home. No overhead. I think I'll do fine. With the exchange rate UK mini importers need to make more money than I do off my cars. I make a good living without mini money. I'll be back some time in Oct. get ahold of me then. Thanks Cole.... Shawn

Barford was an operational location transmitter site attached to RAF Croughton. I've been told it went automated sometime in the late 80's, early 90's.

I'll bookmark your site and check it out from time to time. I've been wanting to get a classic project car one of these days.

Never been there. I've been to croughton. It's bigger than fairford. I think fairford is going to house Contractors only, after the first of the year. By Nov. I'll have a lot more mini stuff on the site. I built it for old motorcycle workshop manuals. I have a bunch of rare old manuals. I'm loading them on the site for free. Print or save everything. Information to fix old bikes, should be free! Dam it.

Valdosta GA ?!

So I was just informed that we will be returning to Valdosta Georgia. Not Golsboro NC. This is the 3rd time the gov. have said "your going here for sure". At this point I dont care where I go. I just want to go. Best part is, when we left Valdosta 3yrs ago, they said we would not be coming back. So we sold our house! homeless in Georgia it is.....
