Mini Parts Swap Meet Sun. July 5th San Diego

Having a Swap Meet at my house on Sunday July 5th starting at around 10:30am til I guess about 3pm (although I'll be there way before and long past then). Anyone is invited to come either as a seller, a buyer, or a swapper. Location is Escondido, CA 92025. If you plan on attending, please email me (in my profile) and I'll send you an exact address. Let me know if you would like to set up a table or sizeable area to show off your own stuff (free/no charge). I just want to know how many people may be needing space so as not to be overflowing into the neighbors' yards unexpectedly. I can probably handle just over a dozen "vendors" to have sizeable spots. If you don't have much (ie: a little wagon full) that's no big deal. Parking will be on a cross street and across the street as needed.

Stuff I've already starting piling up for sale include:

4.5" genuine cooper S wheels and some reverse wheels too
S Right hand tank
innocenti 3-gauge binnacle w/ gauges
MKI pop out windows
sliding door glass
contessa alloys w/tires
*** wheels
1275 engine/cores
5 and 9 gal. (or small and large) fuel tanks
exhaust stuff
fans and pulleys
unknown radiators for $1 or less (hey, use the header tanks and get them re-cored?)
12g295 head (or maybe heads)
remote shift housing
mountney steering wheel(s)
tranny stuff
axles
pistons
rods
wiring stuff
interior stuff
and maybe even a mini (or 3)

BTW: We have our monthly club breakfast meeting just down the street starting at 9am-- feel free to join us for both.

Yea, I have a 2 car garage, a side room off the garage, and a backyard full of minis and parts. I've had now 39 minis... I think there's still 10 at my place right now. It's a sickness.

Right now I've got a 14' box truck sitting in my driveway that I've been moving parts into in an attempt to reclaim some work space in my. All of the parts in that truck need to go!

More things I'm digging out:
Complete Hydrolastic front and rear subframes
Dry front subframe
Dry rear subframe
MK4 hoods
MKI hoods (er, bonnets)
MKI Cooper S door surround chrome
Hubs
7.5" and 8.4" Disc Brake parts

I'm in a clean-out mode and hope others are in a collecting mode

I'll consider listing stuff for sale after the swap, but I don't particularly want to mail anything. Would rather sell dirt cheap cash in hand...

So tomorrow is the big day! Please feel free to give me a call or email me for directions. 76O33l7l3six

Just wanted to say THANKS to everyone who made the trek down from parts north (and especially those who had to come from north of LA) and who found something worth taking home with them. I still have a TON of stuff-- some junk that is only good for helping desperate folk get their cars going again, and some (like the Cooper S wheels, the Gold Brocade interior, and the Contessa alloys with tires) just need someone who, well, needs them

Gone are the S tank, low back bucket seats, rally light bar, the Kent 266 cam... all too cheaply but hey, it's not like I was using them at the moment!

This was the most successful swap meet I ever attended (in terms of overall feel and how much less I had to pack up) and hope others felt the trip was worth their while.

yea, there's some suspension stuff in the leftovers but I won't be up for packing and shipping anything until after the LeMons race in August. Sorry. I need to give my "extra" time to helping the team get the car done.
