I have a old friend Like a grandma to me who is sweet and thoughtful, I told her i loved Minis, so she is driving her 1 owner classic down to me, i think she said it is a 1979, it pretty mint and low miles, she is a sweet old lady, but I have no room for it or interest in old minis.
If some one wants it please let me know I am in central Florida, If you pay shipping or come and get it, is yours.
Miles are under 40K, I would love to keep it but can't .. Please pm me it will be here by the end of the weekend.

I'll bring pies for a year... or cookies, brownies- whatever. I'll bring you some Christmas Flannel PJ's if you like. Slippers? What's your weakness? Need any organs? Mine aren't that great but I can find someone that has some good ones!
Just thinking... Skillet, what can I do for you dear? I know you've got to be cold up there. PJ's for you?
LOL, you guys are all too funny. Don't ask me how I happened upon this. I'm still in shock...1. because I found this awesome thread by Apple 2. because my wife said "go for it" This is a day I've been waiting for, for a long time, and the only way it was gonna happen was if I came across a good deal...This is an unbelievable deal! I'll have to report when I get back to a computer, but at this point, I'll be flying down next week.
Apple, I still can't thank you enough... I'm looking forward to the pictures and meeting you next week. I'll try to give you a call later on today.
Well, at this point, my wife's seriously considering moving to somewhere more warm (it's a yearly thing and seems to always happen around this time)
Welll, I have room in my garage to store it. I could care for it and take it for an occasional 'italian tune-up". Then you all would have an excuse to visit FL more frequently....
I want to say it orange, or rose, I only saw it once, it was in amazing condition, she new I loved my mini, But didn't realize i am into the new minis, she is moving to Vancouver BC, to live with her kids, so this is her final drive with it:( I didnt have the heart to tell here i have no interest in older minis,
So who ever gets it has to send me pics if i need them:( , she has evry reciept and books in mint condition, I just knew this was the place to post it

Nice try. I can guarantee you, it will be well care for and maintained. I'm not sure how much work it's going to need, but I do plan on taking the car to shows...

Wow....Orange happens to be my favorite color (of course I'd take any color in an original mini )! WooHoo! Apple I'll be giving you a call here shortly.

Yuh big kiss ass!
Skillet- Florida is nice. Your Mini would be happy here.
BTW... is it against NAM policy to offer organs in exchange for a Mini? Maybe someone else's. My husband sleeps very soundly!
Orange 'eh? My stage name "Miniola" is for two reasons:
1. "Mini" = small- "ola"= wave (Keeping the wave alive!)
2. Since I am in Florida- the "Minneola" is a favorite Florida fruit (and it is orange).
We had seen a small orange one for sale online one time this summer and that was where I came up with the idea.
Minimad- I think the husband and I have admired your work before. Are you in Zephyrhills area? We've thought about taking a ride up there sometime to see you.
APPLE: You're up for some good KARMA! (At least you should be ). BTW what are you going to tell that lady when she asks about her car and you don't have it??? Obviously she loves it.
