Looking for Michael Rossiter

I am looking for a Michael Rossiter that sold a race Mini to John Unsbee. I believe he was in the Chicago area in the 1970's. Anybody heard of him? The 1060 Mini was raced in the central division in the late '60's with a 1098cc motor.
