need a repair shop

Hey all,

Clutch went out on me pulling into the plant this morning. Pedal is stuck, not sure exactly the problem.

Need a good shop to check and repair it. Besides Classic, any references you can pass on?

Sorry I don't have any local shop knowledge.

What you are describing sounds like a dead or dieing slave cyl. not a dead clutch. A friend had that happen to her 06 MCS a month ago. Try pulling the peddle up from the floor. My friend did that & was able to drive for a week while waiting to get into the dealer. Hers was covered under warranty.

I know Classic will not be cheap, but they will fix it right. Call them & get an estimate. At least you will know if an independent shop is giving you a good deal or not.

Good luck & let us know how this turns out.

Find out what Classic wants to do the job, or at least have them diagnose it right quick.

I can do the job for ya if you don't want to spend and ungodly amount of money. My shops in Mentor.

I use Accelerate in Mayfield Village. They are not open on Saturdays and super busy. But they have done great work for me.
