Where are all the MINIs???

I drove from the East side of Cleveland to Muscatine, Iowa and did not see another MINI. It was very depressing.

Phil and I drove down to the Kent area yesterday, and we saw something like 4 pepper white MINIs and nobody waved. Is this a trend?

Go to Hawaii. I just got back and I saw more Mini's in one day, then I usually see in a week. They are everywhere.

Go to the U.K., they're everywhere. And while you're there, take the plant tour in Oxford. Definitely the highlight of my trip to England last November.

When I drive from Hooterville to Cleveburg I rarely see a MINI on the drive. Maybe folks feel they are city cars or something. ???

Bad timing I guess.

If you'd have been visiting Muscatine on the afternoon of 6/6 you would have see a whole gaggle of MINIs from our club parked together at Riverside Park adjacent to downtown.

I am going to Riverside today. The birthplace of James T Kirk. Hopefully, I will see some Mini's soon I am having withdrawl symptoms.

Off Playing on Bendies instead of Highways

Aww RE... That must be a sign that the little MINIs are off playing on the twisties instead of doing the straightforward drone of highways. Have a brave heart... we, the MINI group are sending good ju ju to you in your straight forward travels.

You should stop at the Riverside Auto Spa -- just east of town/US-218 and before you get to the casino. Say "hi" to the proprietor Bill. He is one of our own and represents a two-MINI family ('04 MCS IB/W and an '08 MCSC/SW AB).

I'm in PA and I see another Mini about every 2 or 3 days. No one ever waves and it seems to be the trend here that the only people who drive them are people who are 60+ (no offense to anyone 60+) and unfriendly.

If I had read this before I left I would have stopped. I love meeting other Mini people. We are a two MINI family as well. 04MC PW w/metalic red stripes and 07MCS LB/W. If I get back out that way I will be sure to stop by and say "hi".
