July 11th Rally update

I ordered the parts for the trophy today. Much like the "America's Cup Trophy", a competition for this trophy commences to be passed from winner to winner on subsequent rally's.

The rules, route, and check points have been set. You will be doing a bit of driving on this one. Very easy but never boring. You will be busy

Lunch Menu:

I will be cooking burgers and brats on the grill.

Sam Adams multiple flavors

Couple 1/5's of wine

Potato Chips

Veggie tray

Maryla outstanding Tabouli (if there is time and she feels up to it)

Coke and Iced tea

Hopefully Brandy Alexanders for dessert

a TRACTOR? Are you going to drive it to the next event?

Why not? It's faster than your car

BTW Markus, that was me(Mowse)

MM doesn't do the b*** busting thing.

Are you going to put my R56 exhaust on the tractor? You can stop in a tunnel and gun it!

All you need to bring is your friendship

One of the main goals of joining this club was for my wife and I to make some new friends. Since I have joined, that goal is becoming a super reality. I want you all to come and enjoy. I have a nice place in Auburn Twp near Chagrin Falls which backs up to a nice woods. My wife apoligizes for not being able to attend our meetings, but she works hard during the week as a Hospice Chaplain which is very draining. She loves to sleep in on Saturdays.

This rally will be very non traditional with non manned check points. Traditional rally's take months to prepare, lots of people, and can be quite complicated. Chuck is well versed in these types of rally's. I hope some day we can become much larger to be able to host one of these with his help.

My goal on this one was for you all to have allot of fun, a bunch of driving, and some humor thown in for good measure. Every successful rally needs a party afterwards. I think I covered all bases.

Please keep in mind that you will need to be a member of the club and have a partner if you are entering your car and be it's driver to enter. If you do not have a partner you can bring, we will find one for you. Just let me know in advance.

Thanks all

the tractor is a oil burner so it only revs to 2500 so there is no need to tune pluse i was nocking down trees with it tonight. just remember hotdog you could set on it and you still would not be a man

Oooh I just might be able to make this event.. I will just be getting back from England. I too joined to make friends. Sadly, school keeps me so out of the loop.
Props to your wife Timmer ... Tough job and I am glad there are people with that kind of love in their heart. I am hoping to grow into that kind of love.
I have long long LOOOOONG way to go. But that is another story.
Since we haven't been introduced, Can I come? And where do I go if I want to come? Would love to bring something or donate... Can I swap my potato salad for the Tahboleh?.. Love love love the stuff!

OMG That is awful!........ Think of all the weight I would lose though if I were allergic to Mayo! That is terrible though because I am told my potato salad is the best. Hmmmm.... What is her favorite? I will bring some of that.
Cooking is my stress reliever.
I will be looking forward to that.

Not to start an argument, but I have been told my potato salad is the best. My sweet wife told me so & I know she is right.

Here is my secret ingrediant.... fresh grass clippings.
