Sweet! Can I come to pleeeeze! I love the name. Burning River Mini's. How many people in the NAM community know what it is in reference to? Who will be there? When can I buy a t-shirt? What about stickers? Where's the SWAG? I'm kidding. It sounds like fun. Will there be a drive after doughnuts and Mojo? I'm in.

All are welcome at BRM. We are working on a LOGO once we have it we can work on T's and grille badges. As for a drive, yes we do plan on having a drive after the donuts. Details to follow.

Ahhh, yes, I remember well when the Cuyahoga burned, thus further adding credence to Cleveland's moniker, "The Mistake on the Lake".

Pretty sure it (the Cuyahoga river) burned in 1969, I was born in 1967. So "mistake on the Lake" means pretty much nothing to me. I lived in Pittsbugh and visted a lot of cities -- during my son's "where I want to go to college" tour. Cleveland is close to all the good things we found in other places we visited. Cleveland will always get a bad rap, that is good for all the people who decided to stay here, keeps the prices low and keeps a lot of negative people from invading the place

Half of my family comes from Cleveland. My Mom was born there and her uncle was Mayor of Parma, and was a successful attorney and a Municipal Judge there wayyyyy before you were born. Mom's brother was a successful OB/GYM physician and surgeon until heart problems, stress, and his beloved Cleveland Browns' failure to go anywhere in the NFL post-Paul Brown lead him to an early grave. Mom's father was a Fire Dept. captain in Cleveland...in the harbor.

Good to here you've got a group together. Keeping Kim in line will be your biggest task...but if you need any help restraining her just call for the Silverbacks down south and we'll send reinforcements

Nice to see you guys have your club up & running. Just remember if anyone disagrees with you, you can just delete them.

I thought BRM stood for British Racing Motors??

http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/BRM Better add your acronym too.

Kim, it's OK to teach your fellow club members the secret silverback handshake.

I hope we can make the trip up to see you guys for some Cleveburg Pirogie donuts.

You guys are making me look bad and you weren't even at the MOTD08 to have more stuff to get on me about. Anyway keep up the smack talk I have some very good ideas for some Silverback logos to make badges out of Once the BRM log is finalized I'm making the Silverback Motoring Badge a top priority.
