Would anyone want S-lites?

I know we have a market but its hard to find local buyers for large items. I am looking to sell of my oem S-lites and tires for a low price as they wont fit over my new brakes.

Anyone need a set for oh say 250?

I might be interested. AND I'm only an hour and half away (Bowling Green). Just a couple questions...

What size are they and what condition? What kind of tires and how many miles?

Actually, let me get back to you in a couple weeks when my tax return gets in, if you still have them.

THe are in good shape. One looks to have been repainted but I never noticed till I took it off. 2 of the tires are Falken 512s in great shape but the other 2 are oem goodyear runflats and one has a plug. the 17" falken 512 are very cheap to get these days though.

The wheels are either 17x6.5 or 17x7.

I have had a set of 17 inch S-lites in my garage for a couple of years. No takers after I posted on NAM for dirt cheap. No tires, and one has minor curb rash. Would make for a good mud anchor though.

s-lites are heavy, but i think a great looking rim on the mini.. heavy = strong? i don't think ive heard too many of them being bent.. i have bent expensive aftermarket rims though..

+1 for anyone looking to upgrade to a good looking 17" rim that isnt too concerned about shaving off weight from the little heavy cars we love

I'd make the trip if you dropped the price to $200. Got any photos?

Have you listed them on the Marketplace here on the forum? I posted a set for sale there a while back and they sold fairly quickly.

I have unfortunately bent two in the last year. Potholes

I like the look of S-lites and not too concerned about weight. I want an extra set to paint black.

I live in the east side of Louisville. I have had these S-lites in my garage for almost 2-years now and want to get rid of them. The first $150 will take them all. No mounted tires, since I have my original runflats on my winter set of PR-1's.

Does anybody know off hand, how much 17 inch S-lites weigh.

Sorry it took so long to post, I don't get on this site very often.

is there any difference in offset between your wheels and what fits on an 09 R56?

do they still have the TPMS sensors?

the 1st gen Mini does not use TPM's. It reads the speed of each wheel via the speed sensors.

Offset should be about the same.
