Tour Package!

I had a thought today about a Tour Package for participants.

Cooperation is designing this sage green T-shirt for our trip to commemorate this once in a lifetime event.

So I was thinking we could do the following, offer everyone a shirt, a BRP oval decal and also donate $5 to the BRP Foundation on each order.

Please let me know if you are interested. Cost for each package is $25

Shirts and decals will be handed out at the dinner on Thursday the 19th.

We need a Minimum of 24 shirts ordered. Orders due by May 15th

Adult package is $25 = Small - XXXL
Youth package is $16 = Medium - Large (Sorry nothing smaller due to back image)

Can't you have it again when either gas prices have gone down or I've got my $1 million/yr salary?

Yes, the image works. Since my parents live near waynesboro, i think i still may try to catch up with you guys in the area -- even though it'll be the tail end of your run.

It's better than nothing, i suppose.

Waynesboro is our starting point. We will be meeting at the hotel at 7pm. Heading out the next day south on the BRP around 10am

Oh, then i think i misread something earlier. Maybe the whole run would work out! I'll check some of your other threads for more info.

Were you guys able to get enough people for the tshirts? Is it going to be possible to just buy the tshirt if the order was in by the 15th?

yes please send it is as soon as you can. The order wont be sent to Craig until the 19th. But that doesn't mean wait till the last minute!
