Well my HP died unexpectedly and I needed to replace it quickly. Nothing I was overly excited about out there so I went the cheap route and replaced it with a Kodak 6490 ($249 at Staples). Loving the colour, but its not very "manual".
the pictures look good, I'm jealous...I just discovered today that my crappy little,4 year old, Olympus, 1.3 mpxl a-k-a "the combat camera" has decided to make half the photos it takes black...now I don't mean some come out and some don't. I mean half of each photo is black...maybe it had something to do with all those times I pointed it at the sun or stuck it out the car window going 90+I nead to make some extra cash and replace it quick before I start crying...I am a huge shutter bug...now I just shudder
I have blonde roots so I'm not good with terminologiy but I'm quite confident in my skills and one hell of a quick learner...all though I'm sure whatever those things are they would probably make me happy to have them.
maybe I should start a thread titled; "I'm broke and my camera crapped out on me today, would you like to take pitty on my soul and donate old equipment or money"
if I had a camera I could take a pathetic picture of me like a sad puppy telling my story and wrap it on a jar to put in gas stations...hmmm?
I need to stop thinking now or I might do something stupid...good thing I don't own a gun or I might just for go the jar idea and go for the cash register.
