Many people from Socal know him, but recently he has been transplanted to beautiful Philadelphia for work. Missing the West, Felipe hit the wide open highway, starting from Helix headquarters, in a no-holes-barred run to AMVIV. He left at 3 PM yesterday and by five, he had his first speeding ticket: a nasty 98mph violation on the PA turnpike. By three AM he was in Chicago, being hit with the beginning of a substantial snow storm, so he forged on and by 9am this morning he was in Iowa City. After a brief nap, he's back on the road, looking for more adventure. At this rate he'll be one of the first to arrive for AMVIV, but who knows what challenges lie ahead. I plan to keep tabs on his progress and will relay the events of his trip. If anybody sees GP number 19 cruising west on Interstate 80, give a honk and, if possible lend him some Red Bull. He's riding the caffeine crest, and cant stop til he gets to Vegas, baby.
Seeing as how he's from Califas, I bet he can't wait to hit the In-N-Out once he gets to Vegas!
Tell Felipe to watch out for the Easter Bunny.
P/S: Does he log in as howsoonisnow1985?
Had like a dozen tacos at Tacos Mexico on Wasington> nO TACOS IN pHILLY.
But before that I stopped at LV speedway (seen the lights on) they had the Mario Andretti Race School going on.
oh BTW its like 4 am cause I just woke up from an all day/night slumber
Maybe I'll go and get the in and out at Terrible's Casino or isn't Spring Mountain Ranch in ParHump-just kiddin.

Yes he is howsoonisnow1985.
We should have had a pool on total number of tickets
Good luck man.
I only got one ticket just as the GP was stretching out its legs. 96 mph on the Skookle Xway in Pennsylvania. But drove 90-95mph most of the way, except for Chicago, Il and Vail, CO went like 50mph due to snow. (running summer tires ) I made up for it in Utah though averaging 100 to 130mph (149 on several occasions) through most of the state of Utah, even the twisty part of the 15 near NV border Maybe thats why I got the flat. Great climate here in Vegas 79 degrees. (or as I call it East-East LA)

Text this message to him, "Orale vato" and see his reaction.
It's nothing bad, just slang for what's up dude.
I thought about it, but then the more cautious side of my Scandinavian-non-spanish-speaking-a$$ kicked in. I'd probably get it wrong, and actually say 'punch me in the mouth: I'm a gringo!'.
