People who can help you at AMVIV

Last weekend we had a small Sin City MINI Club gathering and took a photo that includes many of the organizers of AMVIV. When you get here, if you need help, look for these people.

Mark is handling all vendor interaction.
Paula is in charge of the AMVIV registration process.
Steve is the runmaster.
Jeff handles all our audio-visual needs (and designed the AMVIV4 shirt and hat).
Conny, Ladd, Rick, Annette and Dee will be able to point you to whatever or whoever you need.
I am Agro and I'm here for public relations and trying to make sure everyone has a good time. Come and say "Hi".

Would I get better milage if I had less fun?

That was outsourced to Putz (ChrisW)

Agro, your club's Steve looks just like my club's Steve, who is also a "runmaster". Which one is the evil twin?

The people missing names might just look at you blankly if you ask them questions. They are club members (or spouses of club members) and were helping with the bag stuffing, but are less involved in the actual running of the event.

Generally, I'm considered to be the hug coordinator.

I'm not positive which Steve is the evil twin, but I'm going to say it's yours. Our Steve is the nicest guy, so he must be the good twin.

The line to smack you will be mostly limited to people who have communicated with you, the line to hug BGWC will include people who have only see pictures of her. I'm gonna say her line will be longer.

Our Steve is also a great guy. He does like to make us get up really early for runs though, and likes to stick to a strict schedule. Sometimes that feels evil.

Not sure. Which one will be closer to beer?

I have met your Steve, and I agree he is a great guy. It's actually in the runmaster job description:
1) Must be nice guy.
2) Must limit potty stops to 10 minutes.
3) and so forth.

It is possible that we were separated at birth. The only way to know for sure, does he like "haggis on a stick"?

If you're allowed to eat it while on Atkins, then probably yes. Do you like to drive in reverse? Our Steve is quite talented at it.

I think the batter and the oatmeal in the haggis wouldn't be allowed.

Actually, no. I'm getting too old to twist around. I just back up and hope there's nobody back there.

Time for me to jump in!

I'm Annette (to Agro's left) and the SCMC Secretary. Also the unofficial goodwill ambassador!

This will be the second AMVIV I've had the pleasure to help organize but the first I've had the chance to actually attend! (In England over at the MINI factory last year during AMVIV 3 week...)

SOOOO looking forward to it and meeting everyone (especially those of you here on NAM!)

Come by the SCMC booth and say hi! I will be there Friday morning for registration and then leading excursions to Shelby museum and Pinball museum that day as well.

Agro's not the only one who will be passing out hugs at AMVIV - I'll do them as well! (Just can't pick anyone up like he does!)

See you all there!

Can I get a HUG too?
