Cool. I'm expecting to take a bunch of pics of your car and its unique colour scheme.

Well, my understanding is that it's a unique paint even compared to other pink cars on the road?

AMVIV 1 had a visit by Penn Gillett (of Penn & Teller fame) who has/had an 'off' pink Cooper ... called it "Stripper Pink". Now that was a unique pink!

It's not unique. He has 3 of them. All are bone stock Coopers except for the paint.

Which I find quite odd. If you're gonna repaint them why not make them all different colors or ad cool mods and such. It must be a money thing. Like the golf course my sister works at, it costs $80,000 just to apply to be a member! It's not that the golf course is all that special, it's just so the rich people can say they go there and you don't. I think it's silly.
I do like Penn's Minis though, it is a good choice of pink. Mine is called British Racing Pink and TFQON's is Electric Pink (paying homage to the former colors).

Agro - any way to entice Penn to join us this year?

Nice. I like the BRP concept. 8)

Well, he knows about it, he hasn't registered. A guy who works with P&T sometimes named Michael Goudeau also has a MINI. I put a window up circuit in his car for him and made sure he knew about AMVIV. He's a nice guy and makes a living as a juggler. I don't know if you saw the P&T show in November where they were in Florida, but Michael had just got back from filming that when I installed his circuit.
