I live downtown (birmingham) and just bought my 04 mini s. Here's to hoping it isn't a money pit. Just wanted to say hi. My name is wes, and i look forward to meeting/foruming/motoring with you guys.
Your first post sounded rather pessimistic. Do you expect this car to be a money pit?
Is it that you anticipate it not being reliable?
Or, having read through the posts on NAM, have you determined that you'll get hooked to modding it with aftermarket go-fast goodies, like many of us crazy folks here?

LOL a little of both jonnieoh. Ive already spent a few hundred buying all rubber floormats, a spare tire, a short antenna, and one of the last bags from the bag lady for the spare, and i haven't even made my first payment. Sheesh. I got some pics up in my gallery
