Run on November 11

This info was sent to me by one of our members:

Darrel Caldwell and I are going to do a one day fall motorcycle ride and
invite any who are interested to go along. The basic plan is to be in
Chattanooga around lunch to mid afternoon and stop at Sticky Fingers rib
restaurant for lunch. We can make the ride shorter or longer depending
on interest. I have ridden about every road in NE AL, SE TN and NW GA
and can tailor the route/distance to your tolerance for SBT (seat butt
time). The launch point would be Gurley AL and from there we would
probably go to Winchester TN by way of HWY 65, 79 and then cross HWY 24
to some nice routes through TN and hit Chattanooga sometime after noon.
If you are still up for more riding we can go up to Lookout mountain and
then down the parkway to Mentone and back through Scottsboro. Desoto
Falls and Little River Canyon Falls are both close to Mentone if we
aren't too tired. Lots of options depending on how long you are willing
to ride. We are thinking early November, before it gets too cool. If
you are interested let me know and how much riding time you are willing
to tolerate. I can arraigned some stopping points in the morning and
afternoon to allow time for stretching and get the butt wrinkles out.
Will follow-up later with specific date, route etc.

Several have asked for the date. Review of the calendar indicates that
11 November is the best date. If the weather is bad on the 11th, the
weather date will be 18 November. Bad weather would be 50% chance of
rain or better and temperature below 55 degrees at departure time.
Specific route details and stopping points will come later. There may be
a few Mini Coopers following in trail. Pam Dillon and some of her
"Mini" friends are interested in the trip too.

I have attached a link below to the restaurant. Its at 420 Broad Street
in Chattanooga.
