Car Wash at MOTD7 - Thanks!

Before MOTD7 fades into memory I just wanted to send out a big THANK YOU to whomever provided the hoses, buckets, wash mits, and even car soap at the car wash area at the General Store. I'm very particular about keeping my MINI as clean as I can. With the on and off rain showers we experienced over the week, it was nice to have an area where the hoses were always on.

I had my own soap and bucket (shocker right) but I thought how very nice it was for someone to think about us anal retentive clean freaks and provide the water and cleaning supplies. Thanks again and I maybe I can help supply the wash area for MOTD8. Cheers.

If I'm not mistaken, Detailer's Paradise had a hand in it too.

the blue mits, the blue buckets and gallon of soap were from Detailers Paradise and the hoses, nozzels, rags and other buckets were from Fontana.

It was our pleasure to supply the soap, etc. this year! I'm just bummed that we couldn't be there in person this year to offer more. (in past years we've also had demo products to use and offered some items for sale in the car wash area). It just seemed to difficult to juggle the logistics with a 7 month old baby in tow. It is my hope that we'll be there in person next year!

I'm glad to hear it was used and appreciated. Certainly, we can't have dirty MINIs running around the Dragon.

Good!

I really wanted to pick up some Hydro this year, but nobody was selling any.

Oh, and I wish that I knew that there was real soap at the lower car wash, the one in front of the adventure center only had store brand Dawn the 3 times that I was there. I wasn't interested in stripping the polish that took a whole day to apply. Thank goodness I brought my car wash stuff with me!
