MOTD 2007 - Dragon Parade Video

This is the 2007 MOTD Dragon Parade with music, from Deals Gap to the large parking lot at the end of the run. Parts of the video have been accelerated and decelerated for effect. Watch for the 18-wheeler at the Gravity Cavity, in super-slowmo! Video made with a Canon Optura 60 on a CruiseCam mount.

DRAGON PARADE w/ MUSIC and EFFECTS HERE

And here is the link to the full Dragon Parade video with no music and no special effects except for titling. The encounter with the 18-wheeler is about a third of the way through.

FULL DRAGON PARADE HERE

All my videos are also uploaded to the NAM server as well.

Keen. I uploaded my parade video here:
http://www.northamericanmotoring.com...d.php?t=100663

Tho yours has considerably less wind noise than mine... I think I need a new camera, considering we used the same mounting system. And yours has much better FX, and a polished production quality, where as mine is just raw footage.

what program did you use for editing btw?

Yeah, I'm putting all mine on that server too. That's cool. I'll download yours and take a look. Lots of great videos this year. I used iMovie on a Mac to edit. I have the raw version too with no acceleration and no music. It's about 24 minutes and gets a little monotonous, so I like to add effects to make it more interesting.

Great job, Jack! We saw our car at the end as you "flew" by.

Also, we like your extra horn, and it sounds really funny on the video.

That is the late, great Maynard Ferguson, playing "Caravan," which seemed appropriate.

OK, here is the link to the full Dragon Parade video with no music and no special effects except for titling. This starts at Deals Gap and ends in the large, gravel parking lot. The encounter with the 18-wheeler is about a third of the way through.
