Let's see that's 15 per room, 4 on the front porch, 10 on the back porch, & 1 in the bathtub.
It's doable

Got our letter, but we're still not sure what we got. What is in the letter is NOT what we reserved.

Saturday the 5th we talked to them about getting a cabin. When we talked to them some were still some cabins available so we started making reservations. There was a problem with their computer, and they said they were going to take care of our reservation and call us back with the info for our cabin. No call. Called them back later in the day-Guess what? No cabins available-so we reserved two adjoining rooms in the lodge and were told they would have our reservation paperwork for us when we checked out on Sunday. I got the reservation number at that time.

Sunday we forgot to pick up the paperwork, so I called them the next day and gave them our reservation number and told them we forgot to pick up the paperwork. They had us down for 3 rooms-not 2. Asked about a cabin, one was available so they changed our reservation to the cabin. Same reservation number.

Today we get our paperwork(same reservation number), and it says we only have one room at the lodge reserved-not the cabin. We're hoping to get it straightened out, but now I'm wondering if it's too late to get anything.

This is bothering me as every time we talk to them, we get different information.

Yes that seems to be a commonality that many share
I hope you get it all sorted out

So the question is why was one available yet a lot of people asked for rooms and put on waiting lists and still nothing available to them. Maybe giving up one for another keeps the same amount of cabins available for whatever reason?

Puts tinfoil hat on.

Same thing happened to us last year. First booked a lodge room then 1 day later changed to a cabin. Got 2 letters first for the room then 3 days later for the cabin. Call Gail or Tressa to be sure.

Hmm, got my letter as well, but I am pretty sure it was not extended for one day. Then again, I am not sure I want it extended for one day. Then again, how would they know that? If they can read minds, they should get some of these other rezzies right as wll.
