Call up your local lighting dist. and ask for a 4 lamp T5 high bay fixture. It'll give you fantastic light and a CRI in the low 90's. Lumen output will be in the 12-16k range.
BTW if possible go with an instant start electronic ballast vs a mag ballast. You should expect to pay about $90-100 per unit and a typical set up will cover about $400 sq.ft. at a height of 12 feet. If you'll be mounting lower switch to a 3 or 4 lamp T8 setup.

Stay away from an industrial HID setup. The inital cost will be lower but your cost over the life will be more. And your electric cost will be higher too. Not to mention the time it takes for the HID's to warm up.
