The truth is, I'm not too worried about it, because I got everything free through an American Express rewards points program. My fiance's parents let us get whatever we wanted through the rewards catalog as kind of a wedding gift, and the Elura 60 was the best camera we could get through that with the points we had. They didn't have any Sony's unfortunately, or I would have gone for one of those.
It came with a case, a 64MB SD card, bunch of tapes, and a bunch of other stuff that I was quite pleasantly surprised they included. Anyway, as long as I can get a year or two out of it, I figure I'll be almost ready to buy a new one by then anyway.
