Where do you/are going to stay for MOTD 2007?

Hi, Next year will be the first time that we are able to make it to Mini's on the Dragon! We went down to the dragon at the start of this month and had a blast! I can only image how great it will be with Mini's all over the place!

We are starting to plan ahead for next year, but it looks like a lot of places are already full! So I had a couple of questions, so we can be looking at our options!

I was wondering where everybody stayed at?
How far away was it from the events?
How did you like it?
What was the refund policy where you stayed?

Thanks!!!

Next year will be my frist DRAGON experience as well!!!!!

I will be staying at Fontanna Village.....I know nothing about it except that it has air conditioning and a queen size bed......TheFutureQueenofNebraska helped me book the room she says it is neer everything. They might be booked for MOTD 07 but it is worth a try I guess!

Good luck!! and see you there!!!!!

Fontana Village would be the #1 place to stay since it is the central meeting place and site for most events. Get on a waiting list if they have one. If you do reserve a place and have to cancel, someone here will almost certainly take your place and Fontana has been good about returning deposits when the reservation is transferred.

Most of the events emanate from Fontana Village. I agree with Yucca, get on a waiting list, if necessary. Alternatively, check out www.tailofthedragon.com and click on the various lodging links. There are a number of B&Bs and other rentals near the Dragon. Hope that helps.
