Wow, what a curious looking fake MINI :-)
Oh no, what happened to this MINI?
This guy came to slay the Dragon, and had a very unfortunate incident with a black bear instead.
The seems to be an original Mini
Well, an original Mini barbecue that is. Thanks to folks of MINI of Pittsburgh.
Nice roof puzzle indeed. Found right next to the Cooper Flags tent.
This is me with Mike from Aesthetic Creations. He is a super nice guy, but unfortunately has had some bad luck with his 4 day old V-Tech Mini. :-(
MINIS started to line up for the movie hours before the actual start of "The Italian Job."
The Cooper S race car from Wayland of WayMotorWorks.com a bit on the "heavy" side.
Chad from DetroitTuned.com worked super hard all weekend and he is a an awesome guy.
At the Dragon Midnight Run the first MINIS are already well in place, as tons of MINIS still arrive.
All MINI lights are "a-blazing" on the gravel lot at the TN end of the Dragon
On Sunday morning many MINI motorers are still asleep in their cabins
As I am leaving the Deals Gap "crossroads", 6 other MINIS were heading out aswell towards their respective homes. We ended up all stuck behind a few very slow touring motorbikes. :-(
A quick stop on the road at a small diner for a very American breakfast, with my little "un-American" MINI waiting patiently outside.
The 10am group leaves for the 140 mile scenic drive. Because "I had" to get an additional Dragon run in the morning after this photo, I missed my 11am group.
My Cooper S parked along one of the gravel parking lots on the TN side of the Dragon about 3 miles away from the twisties.
The MINI of the Future Queen of Nebraska is parked next to the MINI of the Modest King of Detroit.
Here is Mr. Bean, unfortunately only shot from behind. Hopefully others can post more.
The vendor areas were quite busy and the near by parking areas allowed for great MINI story exchanges and upgrade tips.
Stuck in a convoy behind a slow motorbike with a trailer, but hey that at least allowed for this photo. :-)
Finally a stretch of open road without ant tight turns. My MOTD 4 registration tag still dangling of the mirror as I never wore it around my neck.
Great web magazine like post. Behind Chad... ouch.

I'm a new MINI owner (two months) and didn't realize the size and "awesomeness" of this event. I must make plans NOW for next year!!! Thanks for sharing your photos. I look forward to many more!
Nice pics - do you have any pics of this classic green mini in the background?
Here you are, as you can see, it was actually for sale. I unfortunately only shot it from the back because I am a vanity plate hound. But others surely should have a better angle or side shot.
ZOKINKS!!!! Man, that is nice - I hoep someone out there has more pics of this one...I have the owners contact info...just would like to see a better picture of the front or interior.

lol. the group of 6 you were behind was part of our Memphis group heading back home .. that's me in the EB :D that's funny to see pictures we weren't sure who that was behind us!
Took this just before Trogdor took his first trip up the dragon. You would think the Dragon Wagon would hold him back but not a chance I was quite happy to see how easy the trailer went up the dragon. I got several comments on the Wagon from everyone. It was great to see everyone. I am ready for MitM in August now.
