My first trip to MOTD was a blast, if not a short blast!! I arrived thurs afternoon and left yesterday around 1pm, as I had to go to work today . Enjoy the pics !
Here are some of the pics I took over the two days :
I confess I have no real plans to make a trek to the Dragon myself, but it does definitely warm the soul seeing all those happy MINIs gathered in one place.
Just got back, and the dragon itself is between 10 & 50 MPH.
Just wild!
Even saw a bike eat it just before the dragon. He could not handle the curve, slid off the pavement, flipped the bike twice. He was very luck and walked away. The odd part is me and another MINI stopped to help him and he would not even talk. Just keep working on his bike, what a ****.
I only live about 2 hours from the dragon so I will be going there before MOTD 2007!

I think I was the other MINI driver and I am also from Chattanooga.
The guy was rude indeed, but I think he was stunned a bit. I told some Harley guys at the Fontana Village gas station about him and they went there to check on him. I figured maybe he can relate more so to fellow motorcyclists.

You must come if at all possible next year.
Ever drop a bike?........You're pissed, embarrassed, pissed, a little in shock; the last thing you (some people) want to do is talk to someone. Not making excuses, I'm just sayin....
