Here's how i THINK it works:

You are on supervision, you have to have a clean record for X months. If you dont violate the law in that amount of time, they toss the ticket. Again, I THINK this is how it works. But you should definitely take advantage of it.

and Ill doesnt have points. Its more like...3 strikes in one year and your out
