You can apply a carnauba over Zaino if you are looking to experiment with a different "look". Zaino is optically clear and the Carnauba will tint the paint color since it has pigments and fillers in it. Depends what you want.
But if you want to layer any more Zaino you will have to strip off the carnauba as the next layer of Zaino will not "bond" until you do so.
And just so you know, Zaino is FAR, FAR more durable than ANY carnauba. So don't think putting a carnauba on top of Zaino is adding any sort of protection. It's not. You would only do this for some sort of visually effect if that's what strikes your fancy.
