You never said what color your car is.

The same thing happend to me a couple weeks ago. I ran over some grey epoxy or oil based paint. I washed the car to remove the dirt off the panels. Then I used laquer thinner with lots of microfiber towels to get as much off as possible, followed by a clay bar and then a buffer with microfine polish. Wash, wax, good as new.

I even used laquer thinner on the black plastic parts and followed up with some Lexol Vinylex. You can't even tell it happend now. I also pulled the fender liners off the car to get rid of all the dots.

If you have any doubts on your ability to clean it safely, you might want to take it to a body/detail shop. Most insurance comprehensive policys will cover paint removal.
