MITM ~ Red Bull at Copper!

Yes, it is true. The famous Red Bull MINI (actually, two of them, and 4 reps) will be in attendance at MITM on Saturday morning. Denver TM Will Frazier has confirmed their attendance and we are happy to have them.

As many of you know, the Red Bull MINIs (and the young, uh, people who attend them) often show up at Denver and Colorado area events, and ours is not exception.

They call themselves the Mobile Energy Team (MET) and they can be found at

www.RedBullMet.com

So be there and Go! Red Bull!

Jonathan

Here's Red Bull at Detailers Paradise during a tech session for MINI5280 and MOTR club members in Denver, a couple of years ago...

That is such a horrible thing to do to a MINI! It really is sad - kind of like a Rembrandt painted over with dogs playing poker.

One of these showed up to the Dragon on the Monday... LOL... just a few days late, i guess they didn't drink enough of their product to get there in time... lol...

THere is about one per state/region.. From what the attendants were saying, they also knew a bit about the car...

It started as a cabrio, and the hardtop was added... under the can, are coolers and space for cases behind the cockpit seats.. you can fit a duotang in the boot the coolers take up the rest... LOL

J

They also said that they would try better for Next years dragon, and also may pop into the Mini Great Lakes Crossing II this year.

MC2

Have you seen the last page ("the last word") of the current (#9) MC2 mag? It's got a photo with a Red Bull MINI that just happened to drive into the background of a scenery shot with a mountain biker -- all on restricted land. Hard to tell if it was a setup or really a chance encounter...

I disagree and wished I'd put more effort into getting a MINI with this style body. It would be perfect for my use.
