Wow. This one can be done two ways: Up and back, or round trip via Estes Park then down the Peak to Peak Highway.
There is too much to say about this ride, so I will keep it short: Lake Granby, The park itself (acquired in the 1803 Louisiana Purchase), John Muir, Enos Mills, $20 pass for cars (or an annual park pass of $35), $10 senior pass, 150 lakes, 450 miles of streams, and more.
Check your map book and MITM guide when it arrives...the details are there. But this one is not to be missed. Out and back, 261 miles. Round trip, nearly 300 miles. Allow a full day for pics and lunch.
