Come on 300/200

Come on people lets get to atleast 250 attendees and 150 Coopers.
I dont know what the numbers were for the first year but the sooner we get to 250/150 the more time we can get more registrations we have about 2 weeks left.

So tell all your friends who is on the fence about registering to go ahead and do it.

according to the count on the website...only 15 cars to go, and like 40 people or so. Might just make it.

We will hit 175, maybe 200

cars, and 300 pp. Last year the last two weeks were very high on registrations....as pp are able to firm their plans. Remember:
  • Register for the event.
  • Then, you can RSVP for the dinners. No event registrations, no dinners.
  • Call for lodging. See the details in the box for LODGING - BUDGET.
  • Or register for BUDGET lodging.
  • Tell us when you are arriving, and your route. Others will meetup.
See you soon,

Jonathan

Last years numbers

We had 145 official car registrations, and an even 200 pp at each dinner. That and we turned away folks at dinner since we did not have more room. These were, unfortunately, folks who did not register. We also had some MINI folks come up for the day without registering which will happen again.

The most important thing is that anyone who expects to join us for either dinner MUST register as a Driver or passenger (with a Driver). There is no chance we will have extra dinner seats. Keep in mind that the Driver and Passenger fees support, in part, the cost of the dinner and the part that we are not passing on to you. Without the Driver or Passenger registration we do not have that $$ to support our cost and therefore, no dinners.

Last year we took a bath on each dinner we sold without a registration, abotu 40. We will not do that again.

There are 100 spaces

on each level of the parking deck. We are using 50 or so for the vendors, registration, etc on the upper level. That leaves 50 there, 150 below.

There are 30 spaces right next to the structure on the service road, they are ours too.

I forgot that...

we have also reserved a few spots on top for 'classics' only. Our friends from MOTR Minis of the Rockies will have some there for us to enjoy.

I might just have to have my brother camp out a parking spot for me until I get there. I think 3 days should cover it.

Best Bet:

Arrive early Thursday, park, and enjoy.

But you have competition: Luke is coming from NC and he has HIS blue MCS outfitted with....lights. Strobe, neon, and more. Show stuff. He is bucking for a spot next to you...and a competion.

Be ready. Be scared.

You were probably looking at the NAM home page when you saw it was over 300. For some reason, the number on the NAM home page is 10-12 people over the real count; the number on the MITM page is the correct number. So the number hasn't really gone down.

The official count is from the paid roster

showing tonite
  • 178 Drivers
  • 114 Passengers
  • 24 Vendors and Employees
You do the math. Add all the last minute folks who now have but 72 hours to act, and then the locals who can only show for a day but will be there and part, and you have over 200 MINIs and about 325 people total for the Friday and Saturday dinners.

The organizers are grateful to all of our guests, vendors, and sponsors for making this event, in only it's second year, a joy to deliver and great fun to reflect on.
