I am hoping my mini will be here in time to go to MITM this year, but it's going to be really close.... My Question is about shirts and sizes? I am a big guy....I would need a 4xlrg tall.... is that a possibility? I am hoping my mini will be here in time to go to MITM this year, but it's going to be really close.... and as far as hats go....is a beanie an option?

Hello Rodger

As for shirt sizes, we have sizes from M to XXL, in mens only. I understand the need for larger, but they are not available for what we are doing.

If you wish to wear your hat as a beanie, that is cool.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Oh I have totally ordered my West Dragon and Goat shirts. =) And I had to get one for my g/f she just didn't like the idea of being nekkid on the mountain.

Swag Alert! Swag Alert!

The vendor says she is ready to start sewing. That said, SWAG ORDERS WILL CLOSE

10 pm MTN, Monday, July 23rd, 2007

At that time, any hat or t-shirt orders (Dragon, Mt. Evans, Brewswap, MITM Logo) will be honored. Assuming they have been paid and your check is received or PayPal came thru....

After that, all bets are off. See the early posts here for your choices.

Thanks,

Jonathan

Thanks for your effort

No replies to the thread or the other thread asking about the status of the custom shirts offered last August!

Any updates or do we put in stop-payments on the checks, since mine has not cleared the bank?

I'm a little concerned about the lack of response.

Don S.

I already paid with paypal so I'm not sure what to do as far as that goes. It's been 3 months since payment so will paypal give me my money back?

I posted on the MINI5280 forums too in case anyone wants to pipe in over there.

To those with prepaid MITM SWAG TShirt orders and no refund

To all who've prepaid for shirts and ded not receive a refund (no t-shirts were produced):

I have sent PMs to all who posted to both threads (MITM ~ New SWAG options!). This is an appeal to those who made orders in good faith, made prepayment but did not receive a refund when the t-shirts were not delivered at the event, as promised. If you paid for t-shirts via PayPal or check and have not received a refund or your check returned, please send a NAM private message to "PauHana" with the following information:

Your NAM username
Your name and address
Description of your prepaid order (number of shirts, price, if possible)
Total amount paid
Method of payment (PayPal or personal check)

MINI5280, the sponsoring MINI club of MITM, will refund your prepaid order within two weeks of receiving your private message. I hope that you understand that this is an isolated situation. The members of MINI5280 and the organizers of MITM sincerely regret the trouble caused and hope that you will consider attending MITM 2008.

Rick Gonzales ("PauHana")
President, MINI5280

You know I'm just sad that I will not get the shirt. I would almost be willing to wait till next year if it ment I got my shirt. It was said from the start that this isn't what he does for a living, and it was just something fun to do. Oh well.
