smoke out of hood scoop

hey, i was a little hard on the mini today : ( (shifting at the start of red line), racing my boss!
Anyways after racing him (then waiting for him to get to the finish line ) some smoke started coming out of my hood scoop. There was no smell or anything, it only lasted for 20 seconds but it scares me. But im pretty sure smoke is not good.... lol

Also it was just a LITTLE wet out side, could that be the problem? I dono much about superchargers except i love it.
i have owned the car for a couple months now but this was probably the first time actually pushing it...

+ 1 ,,,might also be a bit of antifreeze as sometimes it drips a bit with hard driving, look on the sheild under the overflow tank were you add the antifreeze, see if there are any stains on it

A pin hole leak can cause this to happen also.

I'd put my bet on steam. Its normally a bit wet here in Oregon and I see mine do this quite often. Its smoke from the nostril of my DRAGON!!

+3 on it was probably just steam. I have had that occur after washing the engine.
