That's awesome kalililly! I was of course at the dealer today, but didn't get a chance to see if Fiona was there. I had dropped Tui off at 7am and they gave me Clubman JCW to drive for the day. I then got a call at about noon saying they needed to keep my car overnight.
Apparently, there was a small dent in the hood right at the left front headlight. I noticed it this morning, but I thought it was just the curvature of the hood and it was a little dark out. Nope. It's a dent. The dealer is fixing it for me. I have no idea if it was there before I took delivery or after. I don't recall anything hitting my car and there was no chip.
Great customer service though at Ralph Schomp. They are repairing this at no charge to me and I get to keep the JCW! I can't pick my car up until Saturday because my work schedule is too full, so I said tint the windows too!
Might as well get the dent, clear mask and tinting all done at once. Oh, I ordered the 2010 TPMS sensors for my snow tires. $376.00. OUCH!
