16% pulley = New rattle?

Had my mechanic put on an 16% pulley, and now i get sort of a rattle in the motor, it's hard to describe, closest description would be an A/C clutch going out?

could this be some sort of a ping ,maybe? Went with stock plugs also.

It's really hard to pin down the noise, very annoying, but the car has more power of course, love the difference.
