Hi, I got mine from Dan at FastMini or you can go with Outmotoring

You might want to go with Outmotoring since they have more variety for sizes and offsets. I went with 17x7 +45 offset and am very happy.

For the Tires I did a little research on what i wanted first, called around local tire places in the area and got the best deal and they installed the tires on the rims for me. I also bought new TPMS for the TDs. Alot easier then unmounting the oem tires to get them. Cost you more but saved for a headaches.
