Hard to Shift, Clutch not engaging?

i've searched around the Forum and can't seem to find any symptoms that match mine so i'm throwing this out there.

Last year i replaced the Clutch in my 03 MC after it went out at 55k miles. Everything was fine and dandy no problems till just a couple weeks ago i noticed i'm have a really really REALLY hard time switching gears. At first it was just switching into 1st, and 2nd, now it's all gears. I have to almost Kick the shift for it to go into 1st at a dead stop and almost pull it out of place to get it into 2nd gear. This morning when i got to work, and parked while the car was running i noticed that i wasn't even able to get it back into 1st gear. Almost as though the synchros aren't lined up.

Another symptom i have is that when i do get it in gear and i'm stopped the engine starts to die down almost like i'm pulling up on the clutch a little. however i haven't moved the pedal.

Does this sound like the synchros or possible the slave cylinder? i'm going to change the Fluid tonight, and also try to do a bleed on the slave to make sure there is no air in the lines. But has anyone else had a problem like this?
