Have now bought a new 'charger - so I can keep my jcw charger with jcw pulley in tact - and intend to go for a 16% pulley. I have the GP intercooler so temps shouldnt be too much of a problem so when the new charger and pulley gets done I will report back
Any guesses on gains?? Im hoping for in the region of 5-12bhp and 5-12lbft - my JCW charger is boosting to 1bar currently so isnt doing bad for 67k miles !!

I have the GP IC and the 15% pulley makes my JCW run better but the difference in heat (in the summer)is more (even with the GP). So the car will detune itself and you feel a more drastic drop in performance when it gets hotter. A water injection system will counter the heat and you should get the performance back.
