Also, I just discovered something else. The MINIUSA site has a comparison chart for all of the cars. You can pull it off a PDF of this chart at:

In the section called "LET’S NOT TAKE SLOW FOR AN ANSWER.", it lists the engine variants and power and torque ratings. Right under that it says:
6-speed manual Getrag transmission or 6-speed Aisin (Automatic) transmission
and below that:
6-speed manual high-capacity Getrag transmission
The first line has ALL the models checked EXCEPT the JCW's. The second line has ONLY the JCW models checked.
So, the Justa and S models share the same Getrag manual and Aisin automatic transmissions. The JCW Getrag is a separate entity.
