I put a Clutchmasters lw flywheel in my car while replacing the clutch and getting a Quaife installed on my R53 which I drive 80 miles to work everyday. I notciced it revs a little quicker and I suppose it frees up a couple hp to the wheels. The only con was the flywheel chatter, but after talking to a few people it seems to be hit or miss on if you'll get it or not
