My first hand wash at home! rec's for Mellow Yellow.

Hi, I've a 2009 MCS hardtop..Mellow Yellow..with sunroof with checkred sticker on top! So I've been reading on how to wash a car at home...in the pass its been the drive thru on the Toyota. but I would like to give my new mini the luxury treatment...spa day.. So I'm lookin for Bright Shiny look,what brand is good for Mellow Yellow...and do I have to worry about the stickers on the rooftop? Plus, how do I keep that shiny black tire look? I've used that spray type" wet Look" on my older cars, but it did not last a day?
Oh, I've got dead bugs in the front area of the car

They are kinda melted on the grill and bumper.. I've just had this car for a week now!
