Best Leather Cleaner/Conditioner?

I've got leather punch seats in my '08 MCS and they're due for cleaning/conditioning. Some kind of stuff (Permaplate) came with the car, but it's for both leather and vinyl. I don't buy that idea. I've heard Lexol's product is pretty good, but could use some help. How about good old Kiwi Saddle Soap?
