Sticky residue removal

Earlier this week I removed the clear bra on the front of the car because it was starting to look pretty old and cruddy. Well it left some sticky residue on the scoop and the flat part on top of the bumper. Ive tried washing it and scrubbing it, rubbing alcohol, and also some goo-gone and wiping it with a paper towel but no luck. Any ideas?
