light scratches

hi,
have some light scratches on front bumper ( backed into) and rear bumper ( previous owner not careful when removing groceries?).
I have tried over the counter stuff Scratch X, Dr Scratch etc.
Do i need to move to a PC and slightly more aggresive stuff.
Is there a method that doesn't involve a PC, as now i have no swirls on my BRG and i don't want to add any,
thanks in advance
