"Non-compatible" phones damage the system?
Mini service is telling me that if I sync a phone which is not on their approved list that it could cause thousands of dollars worth of damage to the system. Well, the gal who sold me my car hooked up my Nokia N75 and it worked fine... until I pressed some sort of button and now the sound won't play through the speaker system. I've since come to realize that this is some sort of dysfunction with my phone and not my car....but I'm nervous to continue using it. Has anyone heard of a "non-compatible" phone wrecking the telecom system?
